End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal agreement between you and Request IT Services, LLC ("Licensor") for the "Request IT Odoo Integration" application. Effective: March 15, 2026.

By using the "Request IT Odoo Integration" app, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the "Request IT Odoo Integration" application solely for your internal business operations, specifically for integrating QuickBooks Online with Odoo ERP systems.

You may not modify, distribute, sub-license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the application. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of any part of the application is strictly prohibited.

The application facilitates secure access and synchronization of accounting and payment data between QuickBooks Online and Odoo ERP via Intuit's API, utilizing OAuth 2.0. All data handling adheres to stringent privacy and security protocols.

The "Request IT Odoo Integration" application, including all its software, code, design, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Request IT Services, LLC and its licensors. It is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The application is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Licensor disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from your use or inability to use the application. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use.

This Agreement terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Licensor may terminate this license at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the application.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
